QHHT involves inducing an individual into the state of trance through visualization. A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep.
As a Level 3 QHHT practitioner (currently the only one in Ireland and one of 37 in the world), Triona is trained to give you the most authentic QHHT experience possible, the way Dolores taught, And has undergone all levels of accreditation , and currently the only level 3 in Ireland , has doen additonal training to run in person QHHT Companion courses for other QHHT practitioners, enhacnign and fine tuning their skills as well as assiting other practitioners in theor voice.
During the session some clients Access a Past Life (50%) and others healing , Visiting different planetary systems or “Home”. Others on occasion access memories or travel to source for transformation and connection at the deepest profound level.
During QHHT You will be guided to a state of consciousness called the ‘somnambulistic state of trance’ discovered by Dolores Cannon. Using this form of therapy you can access Subconscious healing and answers about your current life. Many Clients feel drawn to this session for questions like
“What is my life purpose”,
“Where did my soul originate from”,
“what is my higher self trying to tell me”.
“I feel Lonely or like something is missing and I don’t know what”
It will begin with a conversation about your life and reasons for the session. It then proceeds to the hypnosis session which is around 90-120 minutes long. This is a very deep state of Trance where profound healing can occur. During this time you will also Chanel your Higherself for guidance and healing. It will finish with a discussion about the session.
